The goal is to win all bodybuilding competitions, from the Amateur Pump to the Absolute Unit, by exceeding each defending champion's gains number. This game promotes healthy habits and improves decision-making skills, making it suitable for all ages.

To play, first select your avatar's name and skin tone. Each day, you draw cards to train muscle groups. Each card requires stamina to activate; once stamina runs out, training ends for the day. Train to increase gains, but watch your fatigue level. Too much fatigue injures muscles, preventing training for two days. Fatigue decreases by 5 automatically each day. Aim to exceed the defending champ's gains by competition day to win and advance. Use earned money to buy better cards, including enhancing ones like pre-workout drinks and smoothies.
